The Service
ThumbnailBuilder generates YouTube-style thumbnail images from the prompts and photos you provide, using AI image-generation technology.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
- Only upload photos you have the right to use.
- Do not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that depicts a real person without their consent.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Your Content and Generated Images
You retain ownership of the photos and prompts you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the thumbnails generated for your account, including commercially. You are responsible for how you use generated images.
Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Generated images are produced by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbnailBuilder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
